 Classes at Leeon Studio Pilates

At Leeon Studio Pilates, every client starts with a one-on-one initial assessment. It’s your chance to meet one of our highly qualified instructors, discuss your goals, and see how your body moves. We look at mobility, strength, flexibility, and any existing injuries so we can recommend the right program for you. You’ll also learn about the classes on offer, how to book, and get answers to any questions you have.

All classes at Leeon Studio Pilates are 60 minutes.

This gives you a full hour of structured movement, tailored to your level, so you leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and energised.

From there, we’ll match you to classes that suit your needs, fitness level, and goals in small groups, so your instructor can adapt each exercise for you and keep your session flowing. All our instructors are professionally qualified and take part in monthly training sessions with founder Brad Leeon to keep their skills fresh and programs evolving.

One-on-one sessions are ideal if you want a fully tailored approach. Across your 60 minutes, your instructor designs the program around your goals, whether that’s injury recovery, building strength, or improving performance. You’ll use the full range of studio equipment for maximum variety and precision, with focused attention on form, alignment, and progress.

Private 1:1


Semi Private 4:1

With only four clients per instructor, semi-private sessions give you a personalised program while sharing the energy of a small group. In your 60-minute session, you’ll use a mix of equipment from the reformer and mat to the Cadillac and Wanda Chair to focus on alignment, strength, flexibility, and core activation. Every session is tailored to you, and the variety keeps your body challenged and progressing.


Reformer

Our Reformer classes use spring-loaded machines to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your body. In this 60-minute session, you’ll work on posture, balance, core control, and flexibility in a smooth, flowing format. Exercises can be adapted for all levels, from beginner to advanced, so you’re always challenged in a way that’s right for you.
